Full payment or the required deposit must be received at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for amendments or cancellations as specified in the fare rules.

    3. Cancellations & Refunds

    Cancellation policies vary depending on the airline, hotel, or service provider. Travel Flex UK will inform you of the applicable cancellation policy at the time of booking. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 14 business days of approval.

    4. Travel Documents

    It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure they have valid passports, visas, and any other required travel documents. Travel Flex UK is not liable for any issues arising from invalid or missing documentation.

    5. Liability

    Travel Flex UK acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or any other issues caused by third-party providers. We do not accept liability for circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, political unrest, or airline operational decisions.

    6. Privacy

    Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable UK data protection laws (UK GDPR). We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

    7. Complaints
